Diving ,Gymnastics Coach

My goal is to transfer my passion and love for sports and especially diving, and gymnastics and make people feel healthy and mentally strong.

I love to share my knowledge with the younger and the older athletes and help them improve their skills, become mentally and physically healthier, happier and more creative through these beautiful sports. I love to continue the Great job that my mentor and good friend Greg Louganis started years ago as one of the American and International sport legends and make my sport worldwide well known and even more popular.

I love working and giving the opportunity to people, to enjoy what I had the privilege to experience from my dedicated and wise coaches. Improving people’s life through my sport is something that makes me happy and sharing the secrets of this sport is for me one of the most important things in life, because I was born to serve diving with all my body’s, mind’s and heart’s power.

I love everything about aquatic sports and I will always support it and try as an individual and a member of a community, to make it even bigger and important in the sports world.

• TOP 12 athletes in the world in 10 m platform synchronized Diving (Fukuoka Japan-world swimming championships)(2001)
• 1 Gold and 1 Bronze Medal in the International diving meeting “VERGINA CUP” in ATHENS, Synchronized 10m platform –individual 10m platform (2001).
• Characterized as an ELITE ATHLETE of the country by The MINISTRY of the NATIONAL DEFENSE and the GENERAL SECRETERY OF SPORTS. (2000)
• New York City ”GEORGE BEST COSTACOS FOUNTATION AWARD For his Extraordinary ability as a National Sports representative
• Valedictorian Awarded by the Greek Government and the minister of Education and Religion. For the highest grade as a physic therapy university student (1996)

• Best athlete of the competition AWARD because of his 3 silver in the world junior Diving Meeting in Germany.

• First Greek athlete to win 3 European titles in the same competition in the European M. Championships in Eindhoven Netherlands 2013

• Coaching the Age Groups of “PAOK Academy “Team in Greece for 3 years.
• Coaching the Age groups of the ALBATROS Swim Academy” for 4 years
• Coaching The American Diving Olympian Kyle Prandi for the National Masters championships 2013.
• Speaker for the Aquatics Seminars of “ARISTOTELION” University and Advisor of the Lector of the University and President of all Macedonian swimming centers MR Alexiou.
• Assistant Coach by the side of one Of the National 2004 Olympic Coaches of Greece MR Asterios Kondelis for more than 4 years.
• Judge for the junior group Categories in National competition.
• Judge in National and Pan American M. championships 2013
• 3 Years of experience working as a personal trainer and Physical therapist with Adult Individuals in the” Fitness center” Of Thessaloniki (Macedonia) in Greece.
• Coach of the boy’s competitive gymnastics team at Chelsea Piers Field House in NYC responsible for the conditioning, strength, flexibility and trampoline programs and in charge of the dry land Diving training. Also coach for the Adult gymnastics and trampoline classes from 2011 till today.
• Coaching The Masters Diving in Team New York Aquatics from 2012 till now.
• Trainer of the Olympic Track and field Champion Paraskevi Patoulidou, the Olympic Rythmic Gymnastics Champion Maria Georgatou and the Olympic Gymnastics Champion Ioannis Melisanidis.
